We are ready for your student to Sail to Success!
Our enrollment process is easy and can be completed here in about 20 minutes.
Information about your student, including emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected. Upon completion, your student's information is electronically sent to our office.
To complete the enrollment process, you will need to bring the following documents to the school office:
- Certified copy of birth record
- Immunization card. Verification of immunizations will be required before you complete the enrollment process
- Completed Household Income Survey (form also available to complete online)
The following information may also be requested:
- An academic transcript or report card from your previous school. Prior school records will be requested by our Enrollment Manager
- For Special Education students: current or most recent IEP and assessments.
- 504 Plan
